RONDA® 370 is a small, mobile recycling system specially designed for cooling water supply for diamond drilling, grinding and sawing.
The machine's effective cleaning system cleans the concrete slurry and ensures continuous recycling of the cooling water.
At the same time, the machine can be used as a wet vacuum cleaner for sucking up liquids and sludge.
In many countries, the authorities demand that no concrete slurry is released into the sewage system or into nature. RONDA® 370 sucks up the concrete slurry directly at the work site. The slurry is filtered from the water and the clear water is pumped back to the concrete tool where it is used again as cooling water.
RONDA® 370 is filled with water or connected to a water supply. The level control ensures a constant liquid level and that there is enough liquid to cool the concrete tool. As the machine recycles the water, refilling with water is only necessary to a limited extent. This means both water savings and a smaller impact on the environment.
RONDA® 370 is very compact and easy to transport, even if the work takes place on the fifth floor.
