Fields of application:
For fixing e.g.: Stair treads, monuments, fountains, window grilles and machinery
in dry-, humid- and aggressive-humid environments,
such as chlorine or salt water. For mortaring in connecting elements, such as: Steel structures, railings, facades, ...
Properties:
Composite mortars are characterized by easy handling and ensure fastening without expansion pressure
while maintaining high load-bearing capacity. Composite mortars can be used in a wide range of applications,
for industrial and private use. The coordinated two-component VMK-SFZ composite mortar systems enable precise
and simple metering of the mortar mass.
Mode of action
The components, consisting of resin and hardener mixture, are located in two separately arranged chambers.
Using a squeeze gun, the two components mix in a screwed-on static mixer to form highly stressable mortar mass,
which is then pressed into the borehole for fixing.
Mounting instructions:
- Drill hole: Use a percussion drill.
- Cleaning of the drill hole: twice each time with the blow-out ABK with the brush DBK and again with the blow-out ABK .(for hollow bricks please insert the sieve sleeve SHK)*.
- Fill in composite mortar from the deepest point of the drill hole (sieve sleeve deepest point).
- Insert anchor rod or commercially available threaded rod into the drilled hole by turning.
- Allow mortar to harden (see table "Reaction times").
- Fasten element and tighten nut (Please refer to table "Technical data")
- Insert the mortar cartridge into the APK squeeze gun. Discard the first 10 cm of strand or the first two strokes.
